We couldn’t be happier with the way our properties have been managed by the team. Being far away, it gives us a lot of peace of mind knowing everything is handled so professionally, proactively, and with such great communication. Kristen and Kim have both been excellent throughout the entire process. Kim is an outstanding property manager who consistently goes above and beyond to help us out, and her knowledge, resourcefulness, and willingness to work collaboratively with us has been greatly appreciated. She is always approachable and happy for us to be hands-on when needed, which we really value. The admin/front office girls are also incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, and every interaction with the team has been a pleasure. It genuinely feels like they care about both their clients and the properties they manage. We are extremely grateful for all the support, hard work, and input over the months, and would highly recommend the team to anyone looking for trustworthy and personable property management.
