Honesty, Integrity and Commitment

So happy to write a review on Nicole. We signed with Nicole some time ago and she had a tough job marketing our acreage property in Toowoomba. It was a difficult market, we had a big property and I am a fussy seller. I did expected a lot from her and I will readily admit I had a disdain for the industry. I considered most agents self serving and more interested in selling themselves and not my property. After we engaged her and the Agency she was with, we found out they were leaving the Australian Marketplace and sadly, both Nicole and I were left in the lurch. I thought the cash I paid up front would be lost. To her credit, Nicole continued marketing our property under her newly formed agency. Consequently, my initial impressions of Real Estate agents was changed completely due the honesty, integrity and compassion shown by Nicole. She is a salt of the earth person, helpful, willing, flexible, considerate and knowledgeable about the market. She continued doing open houses week after week, with little reward and finally when the Covid Issue struck and all hope was lost, she secured a sale with an excellent price. I doubt there would be any other agent who has the level of integrity that Nicole displayed through this process. After the sale, she did not expect any recompense even though till the very end, she was enthusiastic, engaged and committed to get us a sale. That sort of moral and ethical display has almost vanished from society. This alone is reason to engage her. I cannot speak highly enough of her commitment, good humour and stoic determined attitude to see the sale through. Selling houses is competitive, the market is full of agents. Most of them just did not appeal to me, their fee structure is outrageous as is their marketing costs. Dont be duped into thinking major players are best for you. Well done Nicole, I hope sellers trust in you like I did because at the end, they will be so thankful they picked you.
