A Different & Difficult sale

Our home was different because we wanted to sell it complete with all furniture, that was costed into the sale price. It was difficult because we would not negotiate on our sale price, as in no hurry to sell. Many offers came in but we were inflexible. I honestly thought Mike would give up out of frustration with us. But he didn't. He ran the sale for several months with professionalism and good cheer. I would have given up on us, he didn't. We sold at our price and encompassing the furniture. At a well earned 1 per cent we saved enough to buy our new car. Thanks Mike.
