i would certainly recomend ben to sell another property unfortunatly the market forces were against us and i didnt get what i had hoped for certainly no fault of ben he did very well in trying times and i thank him for that and all his help a very helpful person who is very likable and not pushy which i know puts people off real estate agents give him a go im sure you will be very happy and no he isnt a freind of mine i buy and sell houses for a living so i deal with a lot of agents i would certainly use him again without hesitation
