Went above and beyond to find us the right property

Majid was genuinely excellent throughout our property search. We looked at a lot of properties and dealt with plenty of agents, but he was the only one who consistently followed up, listened carefully to what we were actually looking for, and kept coming back to us with suitable alternatives. He honestly felt more like a buyer’s agent than a selling agent. Rather than simply showing us his current listings, he took the time to understand our requirements and actively looked for something that would suit us. In the end, he found us a property that wasn’t even on the market and it turned out to be an almost perfect match for what we were looking for. What impressed us most was the amount of effort he put into matching the right property with the right buyer. He was proactive, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. If I were selling a property myself, I would absolutely want Majid as my agent. He works incredibly hard, follows through, and clearly understands that good real estate is about matching people with the right property, not just making a quick sale. Highly recommended.
