What's around 78 Pulsford Place

68 acres of seclusion in the centre of paradise

This is your hideaway. This is seclusion. This is a private paradise of soaring timber, amazing wild life and comfortable, easy living. Located only 6 kms from the sought after lifestyle town of Bellingen and 12kms to some of the most inviting beaches on the NSW coast. The house itself faces due north, capturing sunshine throughout the day. There are 68 acres in total, which includes your own dam, seasonal creek and a walking track that will allow you to experience views of the Bellinger Valley & Australian wildlife at its best. There may also be a potential income source through selective logging. The kitchen and open plan lounge/dining area create a feeling of spaciousness, here you can enjoy the care taken in building this magnificent mud brick home with the beautiful finished timber featuring recycled Jarrah, Iron Bark and Mahogany trim. There are two bedrooms that adjoin the lounge area sharing the warmth of the wood fire in winter and there is a beautifully appointed bathroom and separate laundry that enter off the kitchen. The double garage has been thoughtfully designed offering enormous space for your cars, toys or home gymnasium and then there is a separate studio, perfect for the teenagers retreat or home office. There is no shortage of outdoor areas with well covered front and back veranda’s and a covered patio area perfect for entertaining. This really is a wonderful setting. A simple but well thought out home along with 68 acres of seclusion in the centre of paradise. What more could one hope for?

Tenacious, diligent yet always polite.

Despite the purchase of my property having a number challenges outside the control of the agent, Andrew continued to politely negotiate around all the issues, maintain constant communication and drive the deal to a positive conclusion for both buyer and vendor. Not only does Andrew have great local knowledge and demonstrates an impressive level of professionalism, but he's a genuine member of the local community with local community values. Today he may be selling you a home, but tomorrow he's sharing a table next to you at the coffee shop and acts accordingly. I would not hesitate in recommending Andrew in the future or using him personally to assist with the sale of my property.

Top notch agent

We are so glad that we had Andrew working for us when we sold our property. Andrew always made sure that we were given plenty of notice before inspections which was particularly important upon the arrival of our baby girl. We were always kept well informed of progress with the sale and nothing was too much trouble. My wife and I highly recommend Andrew....actually, if it wasn't for the fact that he is a Collingwood supporter.... he'd be perfect!
