New immigrant with No chance. Or so we thought 😎
I reached out to over 60 estate agents in WA. With little or no responses at all. Me and my wife spent hours going through realestate.com.au finding rentals within our budget then sending an email about our situation to the realestate agency representing the property from within the UK, desperate to get out with our only option being hugely overpriced airbnb’s on some long term basis and then desperately try n land an apartment before homelessness 😬 with my wife and 13 year old in tow. Then our email reached Orana and the inbox of the Lauren Smith. Through email and whats app this amazing woman guided us through our application process, gave us video tours of apartments and just like that with what we thought was a long shot……boom…..application accepted….move in date agreed. Im actually writing this from the novotel in perth and we pick our keys up tomorrow. Meaning we can start our new life relaxed in the knowledge that we dont have the added stress of trying to find a place to live with the clock ticking on a overpriced short term rental. Orana and Lauren have given us the best possible start at making our new life a success. This is something we could have only dreamed of. Thank you Orana and Thank you Lauren ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. Awesome 🙌
