Our Property Manager, Emma has and is the consummate professional. We had a few issues, out of our and the tenants control where Emma has provided guidance on what needs to be done and by whom. Applied her knowledge of tenancy legislation to give examples of different scenarios, helping us to make decisions regarding end of lease processes. Negotiating with the tenants for the best outcomes for all parties. Very responsive to requesting quotes, referrals and organising with the tenants for access to the properties. Carries out her work / communication with all stakeholders well. I highly recommend Emma and Orana Property Managment.
