You can't market without a decent STRATEGY!

We communicated with a number of real estate agents before we heard down the grape vine about Lisa and boy were we relieved when we met her. From the very first meeting we were put at ease, Lisa has a very nurturing and professional approach. Unlike all the other agents we spoke to Lisa heard what we wanted and used her knowledge of the current and past markets to pitch us with a plan. We had not been pitched with a strategic plan with anyone else, so it was a major breathe of fresh air and a credit to this marvellous human. We were blown away at the shear amount of effort this woman put into the sale of our home. There were clear intentions from the start and the communication first class. Lisa is one of a kind and with years of personal experience under her belt, buying and selling houses, was able to make the entire process feel seamless, easy and simple. We were well informed throughout the entire process and Lisa made the effort to ensure we understood all of the goings on with clean, clear and crisp advice. We definitely recommend Lisa to anyone selling or buying as it was more like having a friend in your corner, rather than an agent. Lisa worked hard and looked out for both parties during the sale which is a credit to her nature. I will be in talks with Lisa in years to come that is for sure.
