I can't recommend James enough.

James was recommended to me by a friend and he agreed to sell my property even though it was not in his key area. I am so happy he did too. When it came to pricing he showed me had studied the area and how he came to the suggested price. He made the place look so good in pictures that I almost didn't want to sell it! The end result was a couple of offers at the first and only opening. James negotiated them up even though the offers were at the asking price and well above my target price. In fact I later learned it was top price for the apartment block. This was all within a couple of weeks from me first asking James to sell the property. I had a tenant in the property so James liaised with them and the property manger and they were happy with the minimal disruption; James had it all covered for me. I am so impressed with James that he is my go to guy for real estate now and he has since sold 3 other properties for my family as we all go to him now.
