Very happy with the service

We had a rental property with another agent and were frustrated at the lack of communication and misinformation. We made the change to Osborn George over a year ago now. We needed to fix up some bathroom leaks issues, paint and provide the house with some love and freshness. My husband is in the building industry, however we live an hour away and difficult to coordinate the many trades from afar. Melissa Parkinson was our first point of contact who began the changeover to Osborn George and renovation planning with Melissa’s contact to organise colour selections. Joel Marsden was organised through Melissa to coordinate and conduct x 2 new bathroom renovations, painting and some maintenance work to bring the house back to a loved home. Natalie Campbell was able to timely communicate the payment of funds to ensure progression of work. We have now secured tenants ( with a good background in rental history) to live in our freshly renovated home. Jasmine Mitchell has been a great communicator with some further repairs to ensure maintenance issues can be addressed in a timely manner. We have been grateful for you all to assist us throughout this journey and would recommend this team to assist in your rental needs.
