Highly recommend Osborn’s

Lisa and her team were super helpful and informative, what started as us just getting our house valued turned into us listing our house. Lisa is knowledgeable about the area and personable, you just instantly like her. She was able to give us a couple of recommendations of things she thought we should change or add to property before we listed it, in doing this she said we would be able to push our property into the price bracket we wanted. For example, she recommended removing an old looking front yard fence and adding a small flower garden around the mailbox and giving the house greater street appeal, plus more. In the end she was right, our house was on the market for 3 days before we were under contract. She exceeded our expectations on price also, we got over the price we had in our head that we would settle for.
