One knows when ones attention goes off,because of the uninterested look the agent would confront a client with. We never experienced this facial blankness from Blake Gierke,our agent. Secondly,Blake Gierke is honest. Prompt with his reporting back to us,his clients. We knew what was happening and this is a valued ingredient when performing a seriously big deal. Thirdly,I loved Blakes grooming,his appearance and gentle mannerism. Never did we experience from our agent, harshness,manipulation for his gain,or language that belongs in the rubbish bin. A respect was shown to both,especially to Margaret. Yes,I would recommend our agent,Blake Gierke, to attend to your property business dealing.
