During the battle of trying to secure a rental in this current market, OC were nothing but caring, attentive and lovely to deal with. Xanthe is extremely prompt in her replies and always returns a missed phone call quickly. OC make you feel at ease and looked after throughout the entire renting process. I haven’t came across such a lovely agent/team in my whole ten years of renting- the complimentary bottle of wine at key pickup just goes to show their attention to detail and kindness goes a long way. 5 stars!
