The Best Property Manager in Orange !

I could not rate Nicola, from Our City Real Estate Orange, high enough. Her professionalism, transparency and communication are unmatched in Orange. She was able to find the tenants within two weeks in this property downturn. Really upfront and caring towards, not only the landlord but the tenants as well.

Nicola is amazing!

When Nicola first called me about my application for this house, she was professional and super friendly. She wanted to make sure we had seen the house to make sure we’d be happy signing and living in this home for a whole year or more which a lot of other real estates don’t really care about. When she was showing me the home, she again wanted to make sure it was going to be suitable for our needs and we’d be happy living here. Considering our process with getting approved & signing the lease, Nicola made it as easy as possible and always kept us in the loop.
