Evaluation Process

All, I have had the great pleasure of doing business with Troy Sgarbossa who sold our apartment at 13/274 South Tce, Adelaide. As a business person myself we made sure we did an evaluation process on all three real-estate companies which included the salesperson. After I evaluated all three salesperson’s on a points system out of 10 which included some for the following : experience (salesperson), level of service (salesperson), knowledge (salesperson), interpersonal skills (salesperson), forward plan to market the apartment (salesperson), recovery plan (salesperson) These were just a few line items that I scored Troy Sgarbossa and the others on, and from this Mr. Sgarbossa gained 90 out of 100 from the evaluation system which most businesses use within their Life Cycle of a Project (PMP).
