Good things really do come in small packages

This beautifully presented 2013 apartment will impress you from the minute you walk in the front door. Conveniently located in the heart of Blakeview in the sought after development of Blakes Crossing you are surrounded by vibrant new homes. The frontage is a very nice blend of modern, clean lines and natural, eco' appeal that draw your attention to the sheltered, private front porch entry. Upon opening the front door you are met by a welcoming entry finished in stunning timber-look floating floors that flow through the home to the light filled open plan living area. Bedroom 1 has an architectural feel to it with high ceilings, carpet flooring and a built in robe. Bedroom 2 again takes advantage of an elevated designer ceiling which accommodates a large electronic controlled window allowing for natural light and a flow of fresh air into the room. Perfectly positioned between bedrooms 1 and 2 is a stylish bathroom, with glass display shelving, large mirror and a well-appointed vanity all working seamlessly to create a serene space. The hallway offers a splash of colour in tones that work well together to create a flow from the entry to the rear living area. As you make your down the hallway you will notice the abundance of concealed storage. The kitchen with its efficient gas appliances and roomy preparation area, meal space and living area are all beautifully presented together. There is split system cooling and heating to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. With a modern look, this would be your canvas to configure furniture as you please, with extra floor space, thanks to the kitchen facilities running along the wall. Standing in the open plan living area there is no escaping the sliding doors that open out to the rear courtyard, complete with synthetic lawn and landscaped retaining walls that lead down to your secure carport complete with electric roller door. Alternatively you could utilise this area as a private outdoor entertaining area. With plenty of parks, recreational facilities and walking trails nearby, the need for a big yard with a lawn is almost negated, given everything that is on offer so close by. Also within excellent reach are local bus stops, Blakes Crossing shopping centre and several local schools. Whether you are looking to down size, purchase your first home or looking to invest this property truly offers sound opportunity. A modern delight, it's well worth seeing in person. 5 stars just isn't enough...

I can't speak highly enough of the work Sean put in for my wife and I in selling our house, and helping us move on. From our first meeting, he had a game plan ready to action. He had researched the area in-depth and knew the best way to proceed and market our property effectively, at minimal cost. Sean always kept us up to date, informing us of every phone call or email. He would even call to check in if there was nothing new so we knew Sean had our best interest in mind. We felt valued as people, not as "just another number". Despite our property being located over 90 mins away, no trip was too far or inconvenient. My wife and I always felt empowered and confident every step of the way. I was most impressed by Sean's catchy positive attitude to everything, great sense of humour, drinks coffee and was not pushy at all. I constantly told Sean that he was putting too much effort into us, and that he really didn't need to go to the lengths he did; he would simply reply "It is all part of the service when you get me". A gentleman salesman; they do exist. Oh, and we sold the house quite quickly and for our initial asking price, but it was the bits before that that really counted.
