Personal, polite, patient and persistent

From the start when selecting an agent Matt stood out. He was easy to get along with, honest about what he knew and didn't know. He understood the market that the buyers would most likely come from - cashed up downsizers in my case. We felt that he would be a good fit with that target market. He committed to be at every opening and was. He was help in getting the apartment campaign ready. He was patient dealing with delays. We sold the day before Auction after weeks of low auction clearance rates at a block record of $4.85m - so he can negotiate and it was good owner/agent partnership.
