Helena at Oz Combined was very helpful

I met Helena at the open house in the morning and again later the same day at the 2nd inspection I asked for, albeit at short notice. I then made an offer and Helena negotiated to a happy conclusion for myself & the vendors that same afternoon. As I'm new to the South Coast, I've needed to also ask many questions about the local area I was buying in. Helena was very helpful and knowledgeable, answering my many questions. Helena has also helped by contacting the vendors a couple of times for things I've needed to know while I arrange certain items before moving in.
