Mark was engaged to assist with the sale of my parents house in Mt Lewis. My parents are elderly and hadn't bought or sold property for over 50 years. Mark was patient in working with them. He was never bothered by their questions and always had time for them. He emphatic and understanding. In addition to his personal touch, he is without doubt the premier expert of the suburb and it's surrounding area. He had buyers on book, he set realistic expectations and exceed them. My parents house was sold in just over a week, at a price that my parents were please with. Thank you Mark and team for making a daunting task into an easy and pleasant experience for my elderly parents.
