Taylar-Lee was a breath of fresh air compared to the agents down in Melbourne. From the get go, she was responsive to every call I made and on the rare chance she missed my call I'd get a message with an acknowledgement of a call back. The process to buy a property was seamless and she was able to liaise with our solicitor without any issues. All our conversations were genuine and productive. If another investment property comes up for us with the right data, I hope that either Taylar or another agent of the same calibre is on the other end.
