Extremely challenging deal & Leanne made it happen

Due to difficult circumstances I had to purchase a property in Townsville on short contract terms without personally viewing the property or meeting Leanne. Due to delays in getting finance approved we required a number of short extensions to the finance period and the deal was looking shaky to say the least.
