Added convenience of an internal laundry area which is also quite a good size. Single carport with roller door plus visitor parking to the front of the units, along with ample street parking for family and friends.
This unit is centrally located with close proximity to local amenities and a short drive to Townsville City Centre, an added bonus of being close to the Airport for all FIFO workers.
