What a Girl

We have been in contact with Taylar over the last 3 years, regarding our rented home, we live out of state so we really had no idea about the market she would check in with us every year, and advise us on the market, usually it would be don’t sell if you don’t have too. Finally, the market started to move, after talking with Taylar about different way to go about selling, advice on how to go about it as we had tenants and leases to think about, she guided us to put our home on the market. She would always text keeping us up to date working with the girls in the rental departments as well. So, I got a text on a Friday to say well here we go she had released it on the market. Tuesday, she rang with a contract to consider we accepted. Wednesday, she rang so say that had fallen through but she had a far better offer we signed on Friday. So, it had sold within a week, she had read the market well She would check in with us whilst waiting for settlement, she also advised us to use Keylaw for the legal stuff and that was an amazing experience as well Taylar and the team were amazing, we liked her honesty and we feel she did the best for us, we laughed a lot, and became comfortable with her knowledge and we appreciated her professionalism
