Natalia and Dean Moore are the husband-and-wife team behind PALM Real Estate, helping Townsville homeowners make confident property decisions. Every property campaign is personally managed by both of us from appraisal through to settlement. Natalia leads pricing, negotiation and client strategy, while Dean oversees marketing, media and campaign delivery. Together, we combine international negotiation experience, military leadership and proven local knowledge to deliver calm guidance, clear communication and thoughtful advice throughout the entire process. Our approach to negotiation focuses on understanding buyers before discussing numbers. By learning what motivates each buyer and what the property means to them, we're able to create genuine competition and negotiate outcomes that give both buyers and sellers confidence. We believe strong results come from strategy, preparation and understanding—not pressure.
