JAN IS THE SUPERMAN OF REAL ESTATE

Jan is the SUPERMAN of real estate. We entrusted him with the sale of our unit up nth. There were considerable maintenance items prior to listing and Jan was brilliant in helping with all requirements. (Not his role which took considerable pressure off me). He styled the unit and made it look incredible - thus at the first open multiple offers and it was sold. He achieved a record sale price within our complex.
