Warning- Very disappointing

Extremely disappointing experience with Sean Thorpe. We received the property with many features NOT working in a filthy condition and with no clear handover process. We requested a proper walkthrough to confirm the cameras, home automation, solar, WiFi, reticulation and other systems were operational and to understand any required logins. Instead, Sean suggested leaving us to complete the final inspection ourselves and riddled with excuses. The lies, lack of transparency, communication and professionalism throughout this process was extremely disappointing, especially given the vale of the property. Based on our experience, we would not recommend using this agent to represent buyers or sellers in the future.
