Sale of 568 Algester Rd Parkinson

When my wife and I first decided to sell we used to drive past the Paradise Properties sign at Parkinson everyday so we decided to speak to Cheryl on advice on how to get our home ready for sale. Cheryl provided her time immediately with a house inspection and provided professional feedback on what needs to be done to obtain maximum return of our lovely home. So when the time came we had no hesitation in choosing Paradise Properties who provided us with reassurance during the sale process. We even had other agents knocking on the door claiming they'll bring us a higher return within the shortest term. We were also concerned our house would sell at a lower price due to a home only a couple of doors down which had a different agent with 4 bedroom, pool and patio got $550k a couple of weeks before our house went on the market and our home only being a 3 bedroom. Not only did Cheryl manage to receive an offer on the first morning on the market, we sold our house $30k higher than the one near us and had the contract signed after 3 days, simply fantastic. An amazing response with the open house so our time and patience in getting our home ready had paid off. Although we are a little sad to move on from our first home, we are so wrapped with the efforts of Paradise Properties and especially Cheryl who my wife and I sincerely recommend to anyone wanting to sell.
