Park Properties are a team I respect and trust

I made the decision in late 2009 to change the real estate agent for my Sydney Park Village apartment to Park Properties. Not once have I regretted this decision. All aspects of the rental process have been well communicated and documented. I rate Melissah McCaffery's knowledge of the property market very highly and usually defer to her recommendations when deciding rent increases and decreases. I have made a habit of calling Melissah to discuss her recommendations and always feel confident with the decision made. The whole team at Park Properties are professional, great to deal with and very responsive to my enquiries. One strength that I want to emphasise is the high quality of tenant that Park Properties are able to attract. This is highlighted from the photos taken during their annual inspections, the timely payment of rent, the small number of tenant related issues and the low maintenance expense. It gives me comfort to know my apartment is being managed by a team I really respect and trust.
