At all times during the sale process, Melissah was very communicative, and the weekly vendor updates were very comprehensive, showcasing the hard work that was done to secure the sale. All leads and follow-ups were thoroughly documented and I felt very much part of the process. At all times, I was confident that the sale of my property was in good hands and that Melissah was working on my behalf to achieve the best result. At the start of the process, Melissah gave me a price guide for my property, and this was the exact amount that the property sold for. Melissah also recommended renovations (and really helped with the logistics and tradespeople) which maximised the price I received. Really recommend Melissah, a terrific experience!
