Goes over and beyond the expectations

My tenant moved out during Covid lockdown and with my baby less than 6 months old, it was very stressful situation for myself since I could not visit the property myself. I decided to put it on market and engage Michael to do the initial review of the property. Turned out there were a lot of work to be done since the tenant who was there for over 4 years did not take care of the property. But Michael organised everything including new flooring, painting, rubbish removal, etc which was not even part of his engagement. Better yet, he found a buyer even before the open house, and negotiated the price to what I was looking for. Within weeks, the property was sold and contract was signed. I cannot recommend Michael and his team highly enough. They go way over beyond their duty to make sure that your property gets the best price and the process was as smooth as possible.
