Hard Working and a Great Negotiator!

Despite promises from a range of agents and opportunities being offered by their databases, Brenton and his Parkes team were able to find the right client, negotiate a great result for ourselves as the vendors, and have a purchaser who still is extremely happy with their new home. Brenton's understanding of the market with ability to match our requirements with an innate understanding of the customer's needs achieved a result which other agents simply did not think was possible.
