Vince has a real estate career spanning over 3 decades. During this time working in a variety of roles. Vince is not only a licensed real estate agent but also a certified practicing valuer (CPV, AVI). Vince has been involved in the sales and marketing of properties throughout Sydney however his expertise lies primarily within the southwest region where he has worked in and owned major franchised offices with his brother and business partner Domenic. Vince along with Domenic has and is still heavily involved in the Bonnyrigg Newleaf Estate in the sales and marketing of properties (Which was at its inception the largest PPP (Private, public Partnership) of its time and pioneered “Off the plan” selling to the local market with great success. The experience Vince has absorbed within the property industry in Project marketing, general agency and consultancy along with his desire and passion to achieve the best results for his clients ensures that your property dealings will be both pleasant and stress free

About Domenic

Commencing a real estate career over three decades ago and working with leading agencies in various roles, it was not until May 1995 Domenic in partnership with his brother Vince established their own real estate agency with a major franchise in Liverpool for over 12 years building a customer focused award winning agency servicing the local market with all their real estate needs. With a change of direction Domenic and Vince both joined a large national property development group as the onsite sales team for Newleaf Bonnyrigg a public private partnership project for the redevelopment of 80 Hectares into a combination of community housing and new homes which were sold off the plan to the private market as a result building and maintaining many friendships in the area to this day. Domenic has strong ties within the Liverpool and Fairfield areas and is a proud local resident of Cecil Hills for over 25 years having raised a family in these evolving and vibrant communities combined with a wealth of local knowledge that can only benefit you the client.

Parklands Real Estate is a new name continuing the co-Directors active involvement in agency for over 30 years where both directors have lived and worked within the Fairfield and Liverpool local areas. In 2022 Parklands Real Estate was established in the quaint Abbotsbury shopping centre surrounded by Edensor Park, Cecil Hills, Bossley Park & Bonnyrigg communities with the picturesque Western Sydney Parklands & the unique & interactive Calmsley Hill City Farm all close by. Vince has exceeded all my expectations for the sale of my property in Bonnyrigg. He understood the market very well and has provided honest feedback and timely insight when it was time to sell. He provided the correct indication of the sale price and ideal program for the marketing campaign which resulted in the property selling above the reserve price during auction.
