Wouldn't recommend

Incorrect information regarding property. While waiting to hear back about finances he was always checking in to see where it was at to the point where it felt pushy. However once he was informed that everything was approved via the conveyor we never heard from him again.

Simply Awesome

This was a tough sell, with difficult buyers, and numerous extensions to the contract with very little information forthcoming from the buyer, Wayne was excellent. He knows he is working for you the seller. Some buyers forget that the agent is paid by / working for the seller.
