Easy Dealing

Dealing with Alicia was easy. She was very approachable and easy to reach and returned every missed calls. However negotiating price was tough. She is a tough negotiator.

VERY GOOD WITH COMMUNICATIONS AND EXPLAINING PROCEDURES

ALICIA HAD VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION WITH US AT ALL TIMES. ALICIA EXPLAINED AND HELPED US WITH HER KNOWLEDGE OF THE WAY THE MARKET WAS AND WHAT WE SHOULD EXPECT AS IN PRICE FOR THE HOUSE ETC. WE THOUGHT ALICIA HANDLE THE NEGOTIATION WITH THE BUYER VERY WELL. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH HOW SHE HELPED THE TENANTS IN THE HOUSE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY HAD TO DO AND ONCE THEY WERE OUT AND A LOT OF THE TENANTS BELONGINGS HAD NOT BEEN TAKEN HOW SHE HANDLED THE SITUATION AND HELPED THEM WITH A HANDYMAN TO CLEAN UP THEIR BELONGINGS. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH ALICIA AND WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO OTHER PEOPLE.
