Excellent communication

One of Adam's greatest strengths as a real-estate agent is his excellent communication and quick response time. In addition, Adam is very understanding and reasonable, and he can relate to what it is like to buy a home for the first time. Adam was able to walk us through the process without being too pushy, which really reduced the stress of buying our first home. We did however, run, into some small issues after the building inspection - e.g. We and Adam made an agreement (as part of the contract) that a plumber would inspect the bathroom due to moisture in the walls. Instead, a 'Handy man' performed this (and did not inspect the problem to a satisfactory degree, in my opinion). The 'Handy man' siliconed-up the taps (which is fine), but, without fixing the broken seals inside (which caused the shower head to constantly leak). Adam made it sound like this was done by a plumber, but after I called the company that did this job, I find out that this handy-man was in fact not a qualified plumber. This experience was very frustrating for me. Adam did later organise for a qualified plumber to come in and check the work of the handy man, but I felt like that whole process was handled a bit poorly. After moving in we had to break the silicon around the taps to fix the leak - something that a qualified plumber would have probably done. Overall I would recommend Adam as a real-estate agent.

Everything we wanted

What can I say, great communication, he made the whole process of selling seem simple (we had never sold before and thought the process would be complicated). His knowledge of the area was first class. As for his skills as an agent, we had a contract signed 8 days after listing, well above price range with with multiple other offers. Highly recommend.
