First our credentials: We have bought and sold 12 properties over the last 25 years and some agents stand out for different reasons. Di Calder is one of the best from our perspective. Di listens and replies positively every time. On occasions when she did not have the information we required it was only a matter of hours before she came back with an answer. A very positive attitude, customer first always. At the other end of the scale we've had to deal with those who talk over the top of you, don't listen and are so wrapped up in themselves they just don't get it and you turn away. One favourite is a professional agent who has sold $700 + million dollars of property and he listens, almost like a friend, relaxed and astute. Di Calder is very similar. 10/10
