Shannon was a great agent. He was helpful, knowledgeable and always responsive to my calls, texts or emails. He also had a great grasp of the current market and his valuation of my property was right on the money. As this was my first sale, he was more than happy to guide me through the process, answering my many questions and keeping me informed re inspections, offers etc. Shannon was also great with my tenant, keeping them informed in a timely manner of inspections etc. making the sale process less stressful for all of us. I would recommend Shannon to anyone thinking of selling their property. I found him to be pleasant, professional and honest.
