When you know you just Know!!

From the first time I met Paula she made me feel totally relaxed as I was running late home from work & was rushing around the house trying to make it perfect as first impressions last. As she came in the house, her first words were: “Just stop and breathe, your house is gorgeous “. I was very impressed that there was no fluff, no grey area, Paula speaks from her knowledge of the Industry which was amazing and from the heart because there was no beating around the bush. Transparency and honesty are 2 traits that I was looking for as selling my house whilst I was overseas was a big deal for me which she identified and nurtured straight away. Communication, I could not fault, even the smallest detail she knew I was also informed of. I’ve sold property in the past and once we were signed up I felt a shift between seller and agent which was uncomfortable to say the least. Paula is a bright, intelligent and talented lady that is a huge asset to the Central Coast Real Estate Industry. Even though she had her staff around her, in my opinion I felt that she kept me close and completed the entire process herself. ( No disrespect to The Agency staff, I know they too are hard working behind the scenes). Want to buy or sell a property on the Coast. I can honestly say Paula is your winning hand..
