great experience

Everything was great overall, and we had no issues at all with the agents or property manager. The service was excellent, and we would rate the overall experience 10/10! The only area for improvement was the key handover process. We had to drive all the way down south, which took around 3 hours round trip, just to collect the keys to the house. Since the house was equipped with a smart lock, access codes could potentially have been shared, or alternative arrangements could have been made, such as using a secure numbered key lockbox. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we really appreciate the great service. We hope a more convenient key handover process can be considered for future guests!
