Bad communication and low productivity

Zero phone calls or effective communications upon/after open inspection. No sense of urgency or market knowledge , especially when they charge 10% p.a management fee. Not professional at all and would not recommend. It was initially recommended by my Buyer agent 2 years ago and definitely a bad choice.
