Professional and excellent communication

We are a NSW based couple that have built an investment property in Hammond Park. We chose Peak Central as our property managers as from the first contact they understood our needs and gave us excellent advice and guidance on all aspects of the completion of our build to tenancy. They have attended our PCI meetings, noted and checked any required repairs to the new build and most importantly guided us through the last stages with council requirements (eg: ordering bins, landscapers, local contractors). They updated us with thorough reports on every stage with no time delays and communication has been fantastic with easy to understand reports and updates. Nothing was a problem and without their help being based in NSW we would not have gotten to completion as easily as we have. The process of advertising the property to tenancy was quick and easy due to their professionalism and dedication to not have a vacant home for any longer than need be. Home was advertised beautifully and within hours we already had multiple parties interest in it. The staff are always there if you need and happy to help. We truely appreciate the staff and are happy we have the opportunity to have them as our property managers for years to come.
