Excellent customer focus and always going above and beyond to assist

I have been working with a broad team at Peak Central and experience thus far has been exceptional. Starting with Georjana, she has been managing the handover of my house in Perth from the builder and has taken full ownership and accountability to ensure that all outstanding items are addressed. She goes out of her way to visit the property and has been documenting all issues diligently and following up with the builder. She is always available. It would have been a challenge for me to manage without her. Karen has been assisting with leasing the house and again has been critical to showing the house and has sought strong tenants at good price. Overall, the team at Peak Central has been a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.
