Pleasant buying experience

Our buying experience of 100 Goodwood way was very smooth thanks to PK. He was very approachable from the start. When we went for the home open, there were so many people, yet PK was able to acknowledge everyone and attend to all the queries with a smile. He was keen to assist and was knowledgeable of the property. PK was also helpful even after the settlement to resolve an issue we had with the house. House sold within 48hours of the first home open!

PK was fantastic from the get go. His honesty, service, professionalism and commitment to our sale, at a price we would be happy with, was next to none and we can't speak highly enough of him. He was informative and up to date with market trends which we found valuable given the current property market. He has a lovely, warm personality with a great sense of humour which made dealing with him very easy. At the time of sale, our baby was 8 months old and PK was very accommodating with arranging visits and home opens and we are extremely grateful for his understanding.
