Honest and professional; Qualities of an amazing Real Estate Agent who is a real breath of fresh air

First impressions last and we were overwhelmed by the warmth and positive attitude of an agent who is relatively new to the real estate business. We had pretty much chosen an estate agent to sell our home but were blown away by the motivation, drive and enthusiasm on show. It was only right to give Ryan a chance and invite him to talk us through the sale of our house. During the subsequent meeting he came prepared, communicating in a way that was appropriate to our level of experience in the market and fully justified the eventual asking price he advised. Such was the quality, investment of time in us and commitment to the sale of the house, we were left literally not wanting to choose any other Agent. Some of whom boasted years of experience. We set a challenging asking price for the sale of our property but ensured that Ryan knew we would put our full trust and faith in him. Ryan made all the right suggestions and slight changes to our family home which truly showcased its assets to make it as appealing as possible. Throughout the process Ryan remained a constant advisor and due to his open and transparent way of conducting communications, we were able to display the home ready for photographs. Such was the quality of photographs and Ryan's clever advertising campaign, there was an overwhelming level of interest in our property within days. Ryan arranged private viewings ahead of the first home open and was conscious of us having young children when arranging times. Needless to say after the first home open an offer was made. Ryan did not stop there and utilised all his experience in the sales industry to ensure the maximum price for the property was achieved. He met our expectations of the price but far exceeded expectations of what we believed an agent should bring to the table.
