Positive & Enthusiastic!

I chose Shaun to sell our home as he had sold it to us originally and he left a really positive impression. He was really friendly and helpful towards us and had a clear bond with the previous owners also. Immediately Shaun’s lovely caring nature and professionalism ensured me, I had made the best decision. During the course of the sale Shaun would often have to deal with a deeply grieving client, who wasn’t fully engaged in the process. He was the epitome of kindness and understanding whilst remaining positive and enthusiastic about the sale process. He kept me really well informed about what was happening at all times. He worked so hard following up on leads and seeking out potential buyers. How he managed to stay so cheerful, finding a silver lining to everything amazed me. Shaun became familiar with all my family and my wonderful neighbours. As a resident in Stirling - he had a great insight into the current infrastructure and future planning. He was a “mine of information’ about resources I could tap into for assistance with everything to do with packing up, shifting, cleaning etc. I have so much gratitude for Shaun. He handled a very fragile, difficult and heartbreaking situation leaving our “Forever Home”, with so much compassion and professionalism. Further, in the background, were the hardworking team at Peard. Whenever I needed/wanted to know about something Shaun would say I’ll get Kristi to follow up.
