Seeling our property

I met James two years ago when I purchased my current unit in Scarborough. Recently a friend and i decided to sell a property we had in Scarborough and I contacted James to be the agent. I have always been extremely happy with the professional and friendly manner in which James conducts himself. We did not think it was going to be an easy sale in the current market, but with a bit of a push, we were lucky to see at the first home open. James keep me in constant contact as to what was going on. I like the fact that James is very knowledgeable around the area also. It was a relatively smooth sale and settlement and I have no hesitation in recommending James to anyone looking for an agent and will certainly be contacting him again myself, when I next decide to sell.
