Robert demonstrated to us a thorough understanding of the real estate trading process. He knows what current market values are realistically. He is very flexible in trying to meet potential buyers availabilities and timetables. He is very familiar with the local property inspection providers, in terms of pest and building. Also the performances of the various conveyancing providers. I would listen more to his advice and recommendation in the future dealings. Lucy is the quieter other half of the business!
