From the moment we engaged Megan on the possibility of an 'off market' sale, she was hugely responsive and had a great consultative approach. She was professional and courteous at all times. Always being kept abreast of all the moving parts makes the inherently stressful process far easier to manage. It goes without saying that Megan was highly resourceful; she completed our transaction in a 3 week period from start to finish. That was in a market showing very mixed signs of confidence and with lower volumes. In summary, Megan exceeded our expectations.
