The most trustworthy agent who truly represents you

In the last 15 years, I have been buying, renting and selling properties as investment, dealing with many agents across different States. I cannot say my experience with property agent has all been rosy, I met some very good ones but I also met a lot more mediocre one. I can almost say that I’ve seen it all, but that was until I met Chris Pennisi and his team. I seriously never met property agent as trustworthy as Chris. Not just that, he is also very knowledgeable about the current property market, and not how it was a decade ago, making his strategy and advise very relevant to this challenging market where interest rate is rising and auction clearing rate slumped and stayed flat under 60%. He clearly demonstrated great listening skills and very patience in listening and answering all our questions. Chris shows his genuineness from day one until the very last minute on the auction day. This guy perseveres through rain and managed to pull off some of the best deal I believe we could have in this kind of market. All I can say is I am very grateful to have Chris in my team.
